• The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you wish to make an exchange, write to us at info@yyvertical.com Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The item must not be washed and must bear its original tags. Please also send us proof of purchase. Transport is your responsibility.

• YYVertical is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packaged in its original box.

• We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

• We will give you packing and shipping instructions. If the item is faulty we will offer a replacement or refund of the original item price and delivery charge.
