Refund policy

Would you like to return one or more products?

Anyone can change their mind, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us!

We accept returns of all new products within 90 days of receiving your order. 

To make a return (exchange or refund):

  1. Log in to your customer account using the email address you used to place your order on the yyvertical.com website. Go to the "Orders" tab and click on the order in question. Click on the "Request a return" button at the top right.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. Confirm your request by clicking on the "request a return" button.
  3. After reviewing your request, we will send you a return label. Print it out and attach it to the outside of your package.
  4. Drop off the package at the nearest pickup point/post office. Your package will be shipped to our warehouses. You will be refunded upon receipt of the items and processing of your return by our teams.

Please note that returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging (product packaging + shipping box). Otherwise, wewe reserve the right to refuse or apply a discount to the refund for returned items that show signs of use, damage, or are in a condition that is incompatible with resale.

For an exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

If you wish to request an exchange, return shipping will be free of charge. You have 90 days to return one or more items from your order, with a limit of one free return per order, only for mainland France. You must return the products to us new, unused, and in their original packaging(product packaging + shipping box).

Log in to your customer account on yyvertical.com by following the procedure described above, or contact us at hello@yyvertical.com so that we can generate a return label to stick on your package, which you can then drop off at your nearest parcel drop-off point, depending on the carrier selected.

Once your package has been received at our warehouses and the return has been processed by our teams, we will refund you for the cost of the items in your order, excluding delivery costs (pickup point, standard, and express). We reserve the right to refuse or apply a discount to the refund for returned items that show signs of use, damage, or are in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order and will be visible within 15 days after the return has been processed, depending on your bank.

For a refund

Log in to your customer account on yyvertical.com by following the procedure described above, or contact us at hello@yyvertical.com so that we can generate a return label to stick on your package, which you can then drop off at your nearest parcel drop-off point, depending on the carrier selected. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the item price and the original delivery costs.

You will be refunded upon receipt of the products, for the total cost of the items in the order, excluding shipping costs (pickup point, standard, and express), within a maximum of 15 days—provided that the products are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging(product packaging + shipping box). The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or apply a discount to the refund for returned items that show signs of use, damage, or are in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

Regarding passive returns

A package may be returned to YY VERTICAL having been delivered to the customer, particularly in the following cases:

  • customer not present at the time of delivery,
  • failure to collect the package within the specified time frame at the pickup point,
  • error or inaccuracy in the delivery address provided by the customer,
  • refusal of the package by the recipient.

When the return is due to an error on the part of the carrier (loss, incorrect delivery, damage), the customer is invited to contact customer service at hello@yyvertical.com so that an appropriate solution can be proposed (new shipment or refund).

When the return is attributable to the customer, the order will be considered returned by operation of law. Upon receipt of the package by YY VERTICAL, the customer will be refunded the amount of the returned items, excluding delivery costs, via the payment method initially used.

Any new shipment of the product(s) will require the customer to place a new order.
