Contest rules

Article 1: Organizer
YY VERTICAL, a company with its registered office at 312 RUE DES MEUNIERES, 38660 SAINT-VINCENT-DE-MERCUZE, is organizing a contest titled "WIN A VERTICALBOARD" (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") open to any person residing in mainland France (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant").

Article 2: Duration
The Contest will take place during each promotional event. Any entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

Article 3: Conditions of Participation
The Contest is open to any individual who is at least 18 years of age, resides in mainland France, and has an Internet connection and a valid personal email address
Employees of YY VERTICAL their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

Article 4 : Modalités de participation
Pour participer au tirage au sort et tenter de gagner le lot mis en jeu à l’article 6, tout participant doit avoir réalisé les actions mentionnées ci-dessous :
-    Scanner le QR code présenté sur l’affiche de l’évènement d’animation
-    Remplir les champs indiqués et s'inscrire à la lettre d'information de la marque YY VERTICAL
L’inscription au tirage au sort n’est effective qu’au terme de ces étapes.
Toute participation sur papier libre ou sous toute autre forme est exclue.
Chaque Participant ne peut soumettre qu'une seule participation. En cas de participation multiple, seule la première participation sera prise en compte.</br> 
Les participations incomplètes, incorrectes ou illisibles seront considérées comme nulles.
Les participants s'engagent à fournir des informations exactes et à jour lors de leur participation.

Article 5: Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible participants.
The winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the end of the Contest.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

Article 6: Prize
The prize for the Contest is a VerticalBoard ONE (while supplies last).
The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
Shipping costs will be covered by YY VERTICAL for mainland France. Outside this area, shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Article 7: Use of Personal Data
By participating, Players hereby grant the Organizers prior authorization to freely use, for advertising or promotional purposes regardless of the medium, all personal information provided on their behalf and across all media.
The personal data collected about you is mandatory and necessary for processing your participation in the game. It is intended for the Organizers for administrative purposes.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way.
The information provided by the Participant is intended for use by YY VERTICAL connection with access to its service in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and in connection with the administration of this contest.
Any person is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted, without reservation, the rules in their entirety, and in particular the section regarding personal data, upon accessing and registering for the contest.

Article 8: Disputes and Liability
YY VERTICAL no liability for any technical issues, delays, losses, or any other incidents that may occur during participation in the Contest.
In the event of a dispute, YY VERTICAL the right to make a final and binding decision.
YY VERTICAL shall YY VERTICAL be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the Contest or the use of the prize.
YY VERTICAL shallYY VERTICAL be held liable in the event of any modification, postponement, cancellation, or any other issue related to the Contest beyond its control.

Article 9: Modification or Cancellation of the Contest
YY VERTICAL the right to modify, postpone, extend, shorten, or cancel the Contest in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. It shall not be held liable for any such action.

Article 10: Communication and Promotion
By participating in the Contest, Participants expressly authorize YY VERTICAL use their first and last names, and possibly their photograph, for communication and promotional purposes related to the Contest, across all media (online and offline), without this entitling them to any compensation or rights other than the awarding of the prize.

Article 11: Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, without reservation or conditions.
Any violation of the rules will result in the Participant’s disqualification.

Article 12: Governing Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the Contest shall be submitted to the competent courts.
