Alex founded YY Vertical in 2013, launching the first pair of belay glasses to the market. Today, he is the one who drives the direction and vision of the company, in addition to assuming responsibility for the products.
— B2B Commerce Division Manager
Thomas is in charge of the BtoB commercial strategy. He supports and coordinates salespeople, agents, distributors and key accounts. He also develops the brand's image through events strategy.

Diane develops the E-commerce strategy and coordinates actions on marketplaces and the website.
— Operations Division Manager
Caroline is in charge of operational strategy. She orchestrates shipments and ensures optimal customer follow-up.

Benjamin coordinates the Marketing & Communication department. He is responsible for brand strategy, content creation, press relations, and partnerships.

Emma oversees the adoption of modern technologies, optimizing business processes. She is also in charge of financial management and ensures the economic health of the company.
Franck collects items specified in customer orders, ensuring accuracy of package contents and optimal quality.
Olivier is the reference in the design of products intended for climbers. With his experience in climbing, his passion guides him to meet the specific needs of practitioners.

Camille creates visual supports, from print to aesthetic stand layout, and develops visual identities, articulating messages in a creative and captivating way.

Louis maintains direct relationships with French retail stores. He supports, trains and develops the brand in the territory

Théo maintains direct relationships with Italian retail stores. He supports, trains and develops the brand in the region.
Christelle monitors daily administrative tasks, supports management in various responsibilities and takes care of pre-accounting tasks.

Nassim monitors digitalization projects, evaluating and adapting existing tools, while assisting teams in the adoption of new technologies.
Marion oversees research and development initiatives, coordinating between different teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and on time.

Lisa manages the administrative processes related to sales, from order taking to delivery, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth running of commercial operations.
Quentin takes care of developing sales of the website as well as updating it. He also participates in writing the E-commerce strategy.

Steven is in charge of developing the brand with climbing gyms in France. He also leads our entertainment tours for climbers and coordinates climbing events.

Léo works to develop the brand through our presence at events. He is in charge of introducing the brand to as many people as possible.
